A black-owned business with big dreams to deliver deluxe beauty boxes to boss beauty queens. We carefully select our products from other small Black and Brown Owned Beauty Brands all over the world to make up The Queendom Beauty Box! We know how frustrating it can be to find the right mix of high-quality beauty products. So we our on a mission to bring the rights products to you! We also working to provide mobile salon services to the women of Dallas and beyond. Join The Queedom!

Founders Bridgette and Valese Jones, no relation, created this company out of pure frustration from Beauty services not being more accessible. We are our customer, so we understand firsthand how much The Queendom will impact their lives.

Bridgette Jones

Founder

With a background in retail management, Co-Founder Bridgette Jones is Chief Operations Officer, ensuring that the bus is maintained and up to code, employees have proper licenses and work within the beauty industry guidelines.

Valese Jones

Founder

With over 13 years of experience in public relations and marketing, co-founder Valese Jones is the Chief Marketing Officer. She is responsible for VIP client relations, charitable partnerships, sponsorships, marketing, public relations, and lead Talent acquisition.

Mahisha Dellinger

Founder/CEO of Curls Inc

Mahisha Dellinger is an entrepreneur, author and TV host. She is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of CURLS, a natural hair care brand founded in 2002. She is the author of Against All Odds: From the Projects to the Penthouse. Dellinger hosts Mind Your Business with Mahisha on OWN, which debuted in August 2018.

Maxi Kozler

Co-Managing Director LDR Ventures

Maxine is Co-Managing Director for LDR Ventures and Executive Producer of “The Biz Fix’ Podcast. She previously led global marketing and PR for brands including: The Beach People, Melissa & Doug Toys and LA LA License. She spent 4 years in music licensing for EMI Music Publishing.

Judith Collins

Business Advisor

Judith is an award winning business advisor for the SBDC in Dallas, TX. She has been apart of The Queendom since its inception.

Bernard Grant

Business Expert/Mentor

Bernard is the owner of Visions Hair Salon in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey. It was the first multicultural salon in that area and has successfully ran for 20 + years.

Vincent Castille (V.C.)

Owner of Making The World Famous Mobile Barbershop

Vincent Castille “VC” the Celebrity Barber began his career in 1995 by providing some of the highest quality VIP haircuts in Dallas, Texas. He has a long career of service to VIP haircuts for business and entertainment professionals who require the best in hair design, and grooming. He is frequently on video and TV sets and professional sporting events. “VC” is now regularly on-call for VIP customers from the NBA, NFL, actors, comedians, politicians and business leaders.
